By playing PokeRiddle: Tactics you accept these terms. They are written plainly so they are easy to understand.

Using the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play. You must not cheat, tamper with the game, attack our servers or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or that harm other players.

Purchases

There are none. The whole game is free: there is no subscription, no paid currency and nothing to buy. The only currency, Tokens, is earned by playing and has no cash value.

Intellectual property

This is a fan project. Pokémon and its character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak and The Pokémon Company. This game is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we claim no rights over those trademarks.

No warranties

The game is offered “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will announce it in the game.
