Blackthorn City

A city built inside a crater, its houses hung off the rock wall and a single road leading down. It is the last place in Johto where a real clan remains: the dragon masters, who have raised Dratini in the sacred pool behind the gym for generations and who decide, on their own, who deserves one. Clair is the best of the clan and knows it far too well.
