Olivine City

A port of cranes and containers where everything is measured in hours of waiting. The lighthouse that orders the bay has been dark for weeks and the ships come in by eye, in a foul mood; up there, shut in with her sick Ampharos, is the gym leader, who comes down to the dock every afternoon to ask after the medicine. The day it arrives the lighthouse turns again before nightfall and the gym door is open by morning. Jasmine waits inside, uncomfortable with so much gratitude: she just wants to fight, at last.
