Rocket Hideout

Every battle is against Team Rocket and the loot is plentiful. The floor is arrow tiles: stepping on one drags you until you hit a flat tile or a wall, some deeper in and some back the way you came, and they are visible before you step — you can go around them or ride them. Giovanni waits at the far end.
